Private Sessions with Jennifer

Jennifer specializes in private therapeutic yoga, Pilates, and

dance instruction for all ages and all levels of physical abilities.

Jennifer integrates mind-body movement and physical therapy/orthopedic principles as she develops an individualized program designed to meet your specific needs whether you are working with a physical injury/condition or looking to improve your current level of wellness.  Her trainings and background as a physical therapist give her the ability to adapt and modify poses, exercises, and movements to meet your personal needs.  Sessions can include yoga, Pilates, dance, and rehabilitation techniques.  These sessions will focus on helping you as the individual develop increased flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance.  Most importantly, she hopes to give you the tools to help you become more aware of your body so that you can move into your daily movements with more ease and enjoyment. 


Physical Therapy – Jennifer is a Licensed Physical Therapist.  She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Springfield College in 1998.

Yoga Training – Jennifer is a certified and registered yoga teacher.  She has gone through several training programs including the Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training facilitated by Anna Pittman.  Both trainings are accredited 200 hour programs recognized by the Yoga Alliance.  She focuses on using yoga as a healing art and adapting the practice for each individual’s unique needs.  As well as being a member of the Yoga Alliance, she is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. 

Pilates Training – Jennifer is a Polestar Certified Pilates Practitioner specializing in rehabilitation.  Polestar offers a comprehensive Pilates-evolved rehabilitation and fitness curriculum, and its certification requires a minimum of 200 hours or more of training before sitting for the exam that consists of a written and practical exam.  She has also completed the PhysicalMind Institute’s Pilates Mat Program training.  She teaches exercises on the mat as well as on the following equipment.

$60 - one 1-hour session

$180 - four 1-hour sessions package ($45 per session)
