The Rhythm Within: A Frame Drum Playshop

Join us for an uplifting hour of rhythm, connection, and joy!
Drumming in community is one of the most ancient and powerful ways to ground, energize, and reconnect—with ourselves and with each other.
We’ll begin with gentle mindful movement and body percussion to awaken your natural sense of rhythm. Then we’ll explore basic frame drum techniques and rhythm patterns, finishing by weaving these rhythms into a beautiful song.
Drums available to borrow (please reserve in advance).

The River Within: A Lymphatic Supporting Movement Playshop

The River Within is a gentle, flowing movement class designed to support the lymphatic and glymphatic systems—the body’s natural rivers of cleansing, nourishment, and renewal.
Through a blend of self-massage, breathwork, yoga, dance, and deep relaxation, we invite the body into ease and circulation rather than force. Movements are rhythmic and wave-like, helping to stimulate flow, release stagnation, and calm the nervous system.
This class is both educational and experiential, offering simple tools you can take with you to support immunity, brain health, and overall vitality. We move, breathe, and rest in a way that honors the body’s innate intelligence—listening inward and following the subtle currents within.
This class is suitable for all bodies and experience levels. Come as you are, and allow yourself to connect and support your inner flow.
